Guest hospitality management for Indian weddings
Guests remember how they were made to feel. We manage the hospitality layer so no one is lost, ignored, confused or calling the bride's family for every small thing.

What wedding hospitality includes
Hospitality is every touchpoint a guest experiences: invitation communication, arrival instructions, airport pickups, hotel check-ins, room queries, welcome hampers, elderly guest support, kids' support, helpdesk, event movement and farewell coordination.
Why it matters
A beautiful wedding can still feel chaotic if guests don't know where to go, whom to call, when transport leaves, where breakfast is, how to reach the venue, or what time the next function starts.
Our hospitality system
We build rooming lists, arrival trackers, transfer plans, helpdesk SOPs, guest documents, emergency escalation trees and family-shadow assignments before the wedding begins.
Investment range
Usually part of full-service wedding planning; standalone scope depends on guest count and city

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you manage airport pickups?
Yes. We create pickup sheets, coordinate driver details, track arrivals, handle delays and make sure guests know whom to contact.
Can you manage elderly guests and VIP family members?
Yes. We plan comfort support, room allocation, buggy or transfer needs, helpdesk notes and family-shadow assignments for priority guests.
Is guest hospitality included in wedding planning?
For us, yes. Hospitality isn't a side department; it's a core pillar of how we carry weddings.
