How much does wedding-day coordination cost?
₹50,000 + GST per wedding day. That covers a five-person team — two dedicated shadows and three event coordinators — on a 12-hour shift, with vendor coordination and bride & groom coordination included.
What if my event runs longer than 12 hours?
The fee covers a 12-hour shift. Overtime charges apply beyond 12 hours — we agree on the rate before the wedding, never on the day.
Can I add more coordinators?
Yes — each additional team member is ₹7,500 for a 12-hour shift. Large venues, split-venue functions or 300+ guest counts usually warrant one or two extra coordinators.
Is coordination the same as planning?
No. Coordination runs the wedding you have already planned — we take over your vendors, your timeline and your family on the day itself. Planning builds the wedding with you over months, and every planning collection includes coordination. If you still have vendors to find and decisions to make, you want planning.
