What does full-service luxury wedding planning include?+
Full-service wedding planning covers every aspect of your wedding from initial planning to post-event farewell — venue sourcing and negotiation, vendor selection, design and décor direction, all function planning (sangeet, mehendi, pheras, reception), guest travel and hospitality management, and on-ground execution. We carry the responsibility so your family can be fully present.
Do you plan all wedding functions — sangeet, mehendi, baraat and reception?+
Yes — every function is included in our full-service engagement. Sangeet night (including choreographer briefings and production), mehendi afternoon, baraat coordination, pheras, and reception are all planned and executed by the same team from a single brief.
What is guest experience management?+
Guest experience management is a dedicated pillar of our service that covers everything guests encounter — hotel room blocks, airport transfers, a personalised guest travel document, a 24-hour ground helpline, and on-ground assistance throughout the celebration. We make sure guests arriving from across India or from abroad never feel lost or unlooked-after.
Do you handle destination weddings from Delhi NCR?+
Yes — destination weddings to Goa, Udaipur, Rishikesh, Dubai and international locations are a core part of our work. We have established venue relationships and vendor networks at all major Indian destination wedding locations, and we manage all travel and hospitality logistics for guests travelling from Delhi.
What is the difference between a planner who coordinates and one who carries?+
Coordination means managing what was agreed — timelines, checklists, day-of schedules. Carrying means absorbing the pressure when things change: making decisions under uncertainty, resolving issues before anyone notices, staying calm when things shift unexpectedly. Most planners coordinate. We carry.
How many weddings do you take per year?+
We take on 60 weddings a year, delivered by a 24-person full-time team — and we cap how many we carry at once. Every family gets a dedicated planning lead, a full team that owns every decision, and Prateek's direct involvement at the moments that matter — never a stretched operation where junior coordinators run your wedding alone.
How much does full-service wedding planning cost?+
Typical total wedding investments across our portfolio: ₹40L–₹2Cr+ for Delhi NCR celebrations, ₹60L–₹3Cr+ for destination weddings in Goa, Udaipur or Rishikesh, and ₹1Cr–₹6Cr+ for Dubai, Thailand and other international destinations. We share an honest estimate on the first call — before you commit to anything.
