How much does a wedding planner cost in India?

Our planning fee starts at ₹2,25,000 + GST for the Signature Collection, ₹3,50,000 + GST for Cornerstone and ₹5,00,000 + GST for Legacy. The fee scales with destination, guest count and the number of events — a 250-guest two-day destination wedding is typically quoted at ₹3,50,000 / ₹5,50,000 / ₹8,50,000 across the three collections.

Does wedding planning include wedding-day coordination?

Yes — every planning collection includes full wedding-day coordination and execution. Coordination on its own (₹50,000 per wedding day) is available for families who have already planned their wedding, but planning always includes it.

Is the planning fee separate from the wedding budget?

Yes. The fee above is our professional planning fee. All vendor payments — venue, food, décor production, photography, entertainment — are made directly by you to the vendors, at the rates we negotiate on your behalf.

What is not included in the planning fee?

For complete transparency: venue charges, accommodation, food and beverage, photography, décor production, entertainment, choreographers, mehendi artists, stationery printing, favours, artist hospitality, vendor payments and recce visits are not part of the planning fee — these are paid directly to vendors. For outstation weddings, our team's travel, stay and meals are also on the client's account.

We take on 60 weddings a year — 10 dates remaining in 2026–27.
